Home Page
Home Page offers various search options for the buyer. Buyers can look for property in the exact location, of the exact type, with selected numbers of bedrooms and in their price range…
Location
On the left top corner there is an option to look for a property by it’s location. Click on the line “All locations” and choose the location.
If you click on the button below “Search Now” – a list of all properties in that location will appear.
Price
You have an option to look for property by its price. Click on the line “No min price” and choose the minimum value of the property you are looking. Then click on the line “No max price” and choose the maximum value of the property you are looking for.
If you click on the button below “Search Now” – a list of all properties in your chosen price range will appear.
Type
There is also an option to choose property by its type. You just have to choose one from the list by clicking on it.
If you click on the button below “Search Now” – a list of all properties of your chosen property type will appear.
Beds
Another option is to look for a property by the number of bedrooms. Click on the line “No min beds” and choose minimum number of bedrooms you’d require, then click on the line below “No max beds” and choose the maximum number of bedrooms you would require.
If you click on the button below “Search Now” – a list of all properties in the range of bedroom number you’ve chosen will appear.
Search by Developer or Development Name
If you know the developer or the exact development name, you can look for it by entering keywords. Click on the line “Search by Developer or Development Name” which is below the “Search Now Button. A small window where you have to enter Keywords will appear. Enter full or part of developer or development name and click on “Search Now” button.
Combining Search Options
The property can be searched by combining several or even all search options by first making your own choice in all the windows and only after that clicking “Search now button.
Below is a sample of the search option for 3 to 5 bed detached house in Mallow, in the price range from €300,000-500,000.
Map Search
The other search option is to look for property by its exact location. To the right from the search table there is a map for County Cork. It is divided in 10 sections. Choose the section you would be interested in and click on it.
A larger map with all developments in that section will appear.
You can choose to display only certain types of properties with certain number of bedrooms if you want to by ticking next to them in the list below the map:
After clicking on “Display Now” only the developments which have houses of your selected type and selected bedroom number will appear.
Small icons with house symbol indicate different developments. If you go over each of the icon– development name, location and developer name appear.
If you click on this icon – the list of all the houses in this development will appear.
Each house property on this list has indicated location, house type, floor area, number of beds and price.
By clicking on house image or “Read more” button you’ll go to the full information on this property.
On the top of the page there is a line which indicates Development name, Location, House Name, Bedroom No, Floor area and price:
If you wish to view other pictures, you should click on the small thumbnails under the main picture:
To the right from the main picture there is a navigation panel to view more information on the property: floor plans, exact location on the map, development site layout or you can download full PDF brochure on this property.
When clicking on “Floor plans” you will go to the page with floor plan pictures. Clicking on small thumbnails – big version of the floor plan appears on the left.
When you go to “Location Map” a window with a map appear. Red balloon shows the exact property location. On the top left corner of the map there is navigation tool. By clicking on ‘+’ or ‘-’ you can zoom in or zoom out of the area.
By clicking on “Site Layout” you are going to see the plan of development Layout.
If you click on “Brochure” a small window of PDF file download will appear. You can Open it and view or Save to your computer.
To start a new property search you should click on Home Button and enter search options again.
